Parents trust us with their children's time and their Quran learning. These are the standards we hold ourselves to — and the ones you should expect from any online academy.
Editable content. Each section below must be reviewed and finalised by [Business Name]. Do not publish claims about background checks, vetting or accreditation unless the academy genuinely performs them.
Teacher verification
Every teacher completes our application and interview process before teaching a single lesson. The academy must publish here the exact checks it performs — for example identity verification, references, or formal background checks. We do not claim any check that has not actually been carried out.
Teacher training
Teachers receive induction on our teaching approach, our conduct expectations and how to deliver lessons safely and effectively online, including working with young children.
Parent involvement
Parents are welcome to attend, observe or record their child's lesson at any time. We encourage parents to sit in during the first few weeks, and to raise anything that concerns them immediately.
Student privacy
We collect only the personal information needed to arrange and deliver lessons. Student data is shared only with the assigned teacher and the administrative staff who need it. See our Privacy Policy for full detail.
Online safety
Lessons take place on approved video platforms at agreed times. Links are shared with the parent or guardian. Teachers do not contact students privately through personal social media or messaging accounts.
Classroom conduct
Teachers dress modestly, teach from an appropriate environment, use respectful language and keep every lesson focused on learning. Shouting, shaming or humiliating a student is never acceptable.
Communication standards
All communication about a child's learning goes through the parent or guardian and through academy channels. Scheduling changes, feedback and payment matters are handled by the academy, not privately between teacher and child.
Safeguarding policy
Any concern about a child's welfare is escalated immediately to the designated safeguarding contact and, where there is a risk of harm, reported in line with local safeguarding procedures.
Raising a concern
If you have any concern about a lesson, a teacher or your child's wellbeing, contact us immediately at iqraulquranuk@gmail.com or +44 7940 150993. Concerns are taken seriously and responded to promptly.
