Question 1

How do online Quran classes work?

Accepted Answer

Each lesson is a private one-to-one video call between the student and their teacher. You receive a link at your scheduled time, join from a laptop, tablet or phone, and the teacher shares the Quran or lesson material on screen. Lessons are usually 30 minutes.

Question 2

Do you offer free trial classes?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every new student can book a free trial class so you can meet your teacher, see how the lessons run and agree the right starting point before committing to anything.

Question 3

What age can children start Quran classes?

Accepted Answer

Most children begin between the ages of 4 and 6, once they can sit and focus for a short lesson. Younger children usually do best with shorter, more frequent sessions.

Question 4

Do you teach complete beginners?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Many of our students — children and adults — begin with the Arabic alphabet through Noorani Qaida and have never read Arabic before.

Question 5

Do you offer female Quran teachers?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Sisters and families who prefer a female teacher can request one when booking a trial class, subject to availability at your preferred times.

Question 6

Can adults learn Quran online?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. Adult classes are private, so there is no group to keep up with, and we offer early morning and late evening slots for people working full-time.

Question 7

Can I choose my teacher?

Accepted Answer

You can state a preference for a male or female teacher and request a specific teacher from our teachers page. We will match you where their availability allows.

Question 8

Can I choose my class time?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You tell us your preferred days, times and timezone, and we build a weekly schedule around your commitments.

Question 9

How long is each class?

Accepted Answer

Standard lessons are 30 minutes. Hifz and weekend classes are commonly 45 minutes, and longer sessions can be arranged.

Question 10

Do you teach Tajweed?

Accepted Answer

Yes — from basic Tajweed alongside reading, through to advanced Tajweed for fluent reciters who want to refine their recitation.

Question 11

Do you offer Hifz?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Our Hifz programme is built around new memorisation, recent revision and long-term revision, with a written progress log.

Question 12

Accepted Answer

We teach Quranic Arabic — the grammar and vocabulary needed to understand the Quran — rather than general conversational Arabic.

Question 13

Do you teach Islamic Studies?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Our Islamic Studies course covers beliefs, Salah, Kalimas, duas, Hadith, Islamic manners and the stories of the Prophets, taught at an age-appropriate level.

Question 14

What equipment do I need?

Accepted Answer

A laptop, tablet or smartphone with a stable internet connection, plus headphones for clearer sound. A larger screen helps for reading shared material.

Question 15

Accepted Answer

Yes, and we encourage it — especially in the early weeks. Parents are welcome to sit in on any lesson.

Question 16

How do I pay?

Accepted Answer

Fees are billed monthly. Payment details are confirmed after your trial class, and we will always tell you the exact amount before you commit.

Accepted Answer

Yes. Schedules can be changed with reasonable notice, and occasional lessons can be rescheduled if you let your teacher know in advance.

Question 18

Accepted Answer

Yes — 10% off for the second student in a family and 15% off each additional student.

Question 19

Which countries do you serve?

Accepted Answer

We teach students worldwide, with a large number of families in the UK, USA, Canada, Australia and across Europe. Lessons are scheduled in your local timezone.

Question 20

What happens after the trial?

Accepted Answer

There is no obligation. If you would like to continue, we agree a weekly schedule and plan together, and you choose the package that fits.
