Cancelling lessons
This document uses placeholders in square brackets. [Business Name] must replace them with real company details and have the final text reviewed by a qualified legal adviser before publication.
You may cancel ongoing lessons by giving [notice period] notice in writing to [Email].
Pausing
Lessons may be paused for holidays, exams or travel by agreement in advance.
Refunds
Where lessons have been paid for and not delivered, we will refund or credit the unused portion in line with [refund terms].
Teacher absence
If a teacher is unavailable, we will offer a replacement lesson, a substitute teacher or a credit.
